September 16, 2012, the First Four CBM Filed

On September 16, 2012, the first four CBM filings were made. SAP America, Inc., filed CBM2012-00001 against Versata Software, Inc on U.S. Patent No. 6553350.  Liberty Mutual Insurance Company filed CBM2012-00002, CBM2012-00003, CBM2012-00004 against James Wamsley on U.S. Patent Nos. 6064970, 8140358 and 6064970.
