Second Petition for Post Grant Review filed September 2, 2014

On September 2, 2014, Accord Healthcare, Inc., filed the second ever petition for post grant review, challenging U.S. Patent No. 8,598,219, which issued December 3, 2013, on an application filed May 23, 2014.  The Petition alleged a lack of written description, lack of enablement, and failure to particularly point out and distinctly claim the invention.

He has brought and defended lawsuits in federal and state courts relating to intellectual property and has participated in seizures of counterfeit and infringing goods. Bryan prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications for medical devices, mechanical and electromechanical devices, manufacturing machinery and processes, metal alloys and other materials.
